Story of Vintage Villas
Founded
Jack Strong, Texas State Senator from Longview, built a successful hotel business by building road side hotels and motels along Texas. His dream was to build a unique hotel in a Villa style that allowed friends and family to come together and stay under one roof.

A 4,800 Sq Ft Event Center and the 2,000 Sq Ft Travis Room were added to complete the transition from B&B to “Vintage Villas Hotel & Events”

East Texas Villa
A three story 15 room Villa with its own lobby seating area. Also, the location of the Longview Suite located on the 3 rd floor.
Central Texas Villa
A three story 17 room Villa with its own lobby seating area. Also, the location of the Austin Suite
located on the 1 st floor.
South Texas Villa
A three story 12 room Villa with its own lobby seating area. Also, the location of the Corpus Christi Suite located on the 2nd floor. Hotel registration, the Bridal Suite, the Colorado Meeting Room and the Dining Room are also found in this Villa.
Event Center
An event center/ballroom with 4800 square feet of interior space and a 3500 square foot bricked patio.
The Event Center’s west side has large picture windows that allow amazing views of Lake Travis and the surrounding Texas Hill Country.
Arbor
A covered open air Arbor set on 10’ tall lime stone columns with 14’ ceiling. The Arbor is 20’ x 40’ with an excellent view of Lake Travis.
Gazebo
A 15’ x 15’ square Gazebo with an ornate metal domed top. The Gazebo is perfect for wedding and other ceremonies. It has guest seating for 250 guests in the lawn area facing the Gazebo and offers all attendees an excellent view of Lake Travis.
Travis Room
A 2000 square foot event/meeting room with a high vaulted ceiling. The Travis Room has large picture
windows and a balcony the give the guest a beautiful view of Lake Travis.
